Pack Your Watch
Place the timepiece back in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our horologists inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
